A truly unforgettable stay — luxurious comfort, warm hospitality, and our own private jacuzzi made it perfect!

Pros: Our stay at the Grand Hotel in Bosnia was absolutely wonderful! The room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and even had a private jacuzzi, which took the experience to a whole new level of comfort. The staff was incredibly friendly, everything was spotlessly clean, and the hotel’s atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious. Breakfast was rich and delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the surroundings. We will definitely return – this hotel truly exceeds expectations!

Pros: The rooms are completely new and fully functional. The bed is exceptionally comfortable. The room and the bathroom are spotless. The whole hotel is very well kept. Very good breakfast.

Great hotel, comfortable and clean with exceptional staff.

Pros: Outstanding staff, good food, great value for money.

Cons: The smokers in the restaurant. Unfortunate that smoking is still allowed indoors in these parts of the world. Thankfully the staff allowed us to sit and eat in the breakfast room which was closed off from the restaurant.

Modern comfortable and slick hotel - great value

Pros: Nice modern hotel very clean and comfortable and all at great price Staff very friendly and helpful and the beer and food excellent. They had very big party on at night but it did not effect our stay as place is very big and well laid out. We kept quiet when England beat Serbia 5-0!

Cons: Nothing wrong with Hotel but little tricky to find as post code is new so say nav not sure but it’s well known so ask a local.

Amazing stay

Pros: Very large nice rooms, with big beds (not sofas etc), very clean, breakfast was amazing!

Great hotel in Banja Luka

Pros: The hotel was great, and the room was big and clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel staff are excellent, even after check out, they allow me to have a meeting in one of the meeting rooms. The breakfast was very good. Hotel has a parking free.

Cons: It is a bit far from the city centre

Spacious rooms, modern finishes and well priced.

Pros: Friendly staff, modern, clean and generous sized room for a family of four as well as free onsite parking. The food was delicious and well priced. Approx. 10 min drive to the city centre.

Cons: The door buzzer is triggered when the door is open for too long and thus goes off when moving cases in or out of the room, getting room service.

Good hotel on the city border

Pros: Very nice hotel on the border of the city. It has an elevator and very nice restaurant on the ground floor. We were provided with a good 2-room hotel room with separated beds for kids. Hotel also has a gym. They told that a sauna will be also operational in some weeks. Combined with buffet breakfasts I found this property outstanding. Huge free private parking was also great.

Cons: Just location. Middle of a commercial zone. So, it's a nice hotel for the car travelers.

Pros: Amazing facilities, nice breakfast and very nice staff. They ordered me a taxi and packed my breakfast. They were super sweet I also had Diner. It was good
