Greatt.

Pros: Breakfasr was amazing. Also we forgot jacket and they were so nice ant contacted us so we could get it back. The facilities were very clean.

Cons: Breakfasr could have more options.

Pros: Very nice, modern hotel along the main road. My room had a balcony. Breakfast was very good, high quality, prepared on time. The room was tidy, clean. Plenty of towels. Hairdryer in the bathroom. Shower big even for a big man. Elevator available. Room on card. Minibar in the room. Plenty of storage space. Telephone. TV, table. Good lighting. Air conditioning. Very good price for the room. The golden bonus of the hotel is the reception. Extremely pleasant receptionist. Very good English. Highly professional. All questions were answered completely. Next to the reception there is a nice restaurant. Around the hotel there are many shops, restaurants, a bakery. Banja Luka is a beautiful lively city. The distance from the hotel to the bus station is about 2.2 km. The road is easy.

Cons: I couldn't stay longer.

Pros: Odlican hotel. Sve je cisto i uredno. Peskire menjaju svaki dan. Dorucak je korektan.

Cons: Sobe sa prednje strane gledaju na prometnu ulicu i ima dosta buke od kola koje prolaze.

Unbeatable value for money

Pros: I think value for money is unbeatable. I liked my room, spacious, with new furniture, and the large shower. Also I liked the silence (my room facing to the back).

Cons: Too much smoke in the restaurant, this is the worst defect. The breakfast is served in an underground room without windows and probably we all want to start our day looking out. But if I think of the fares, it is all acceptable and you deserve the top mark.
