Hotel Cezar Banja Luka

Pros: The receptionists were very friendly and welcoming. Light, airy, clean and tidy rooms.

Cons: A kettle in the room would have been nice.

Pros: Friendly staff, good location, clean and comfortable room. I very appreciate free upgrade. Good breakfast. My recommendation.

Pros: Was close to city center and easy parking available. The receptionist was really accommodating and wonderful.

Cons: No water or kettle was provided, being a 4 star hotel. Small amenities could have made a better change. No lift either. And a bit loud music from the bar below, hindering sleep

Cons: The mattress is too soft for me, but some people like it soft and others like it hard.
