Pros: Everything felt spotless, and the scent that filled the hotel was truly inviting. It’s a subtle touch, but it really made the whole place feel refined and carefully looked after.
Cons: Overall, everything was lovely. A few small things came up, but nothing that took away from the experience.

Pros: Room in the annex part was spacious and clean. Staff professional.
Cons: Breakfast could be better organized - water running instead of orange juice, no spoons/forks/knives, only few pieces of bread, but plenty of good food otherwise.

Very good and friendly hotel, for business trips and also for a long weekend city trip.
Pros: I was in this hotel often during my business trips, this was my first time for a longer weekend. The hotel is close to the center of Banja Luka. The rooms and anything else is clean. Rooms are big enough, the bed is really comfortable. Daily cleaning and fresh towels. Staff at the reception and also in the restaurant are always friendly. For breakfast there is nothing what you can miss. Salats, fruits, cheese, ham, eggs…..everything what you need and want. For me, Hotel Jelena will be always the first choose in Banja Luka.
Cons: Nothing to complain.

Pros: Breakfast is fine. Location is pretty good. Room of normal size and it was very quiet
Cons: Staff should be better informed about the neighbourhood. The location on booking.com should be changed to indicate the building where the hotel may be located, not a random building within 600 m distance

Pros: The staff is very kind. The bed is very comfortable. The room is clean. The breakfast is good. There is free parking. The hotel is a little bit less than 1 km from downtown. Around the hotel there is an open shopping mall. It is very good value for money. The suggestion for the hotel is to include a little bottle of still water for free in the room.

Pros: I like this hotel and stay there always when I am.in Banjaluka. I do not why but like the proprety from the first days of the hotel. It is modern and not far from the center.
Cons: Every time I notice that it changes little by little but in the wrong direction. The breakfast is not good as it was before, the weiters are standing close the bar, but not in the dinning room, yoghurt was so bad taste, people from the emporium commercial center are passing through the dinning room to look for the toilets, variety of things are not good quality as they were. In the room there was so much dust around the lamps and most of the tv programs were not visible. My mother got the room at the end of the hall, which is so long, even she hardly walk. I asked for the room closer to the entrance but the girl at the reception did not change it. Parking is a problem because lot of people coming to emporium center leave the cars on the hotel.parking, where is a ramp, but the staff always opens the ramp, no matter if you are the guest of the hotel.or not. They told me to come after 21h to park the car when the center is closing so the people will leave from the parking loft. Not nice policy. Girl at the reception is always on the instagram whenever I passed by. So the hotel is nice, but the policy of the staff should be improved.

Pros: Good location with big supermarket, pharmacy etc just there. 10 min walk to city center. Good dinner experience with food and service in the restaurant. Great mini bar in the room and that they had a little spa with sauna and massage as extra option.
Cons: Almost everything was empty when we came down for the breakfast buffet and nobody cared to check to fill it. It was 09.30 and breakfast was til 10.30. Front desk staff had a bad attitude.
