Pros: Very helpful and nice staff. Anja arranged a pick up service at airport although a three hours delay in the middle of a Friday night. Beautiful.

Pros: A clean and comfortable room, featuring an air purifier for a fresh atmosphere. A solid four-star experience.

Cons: Despite the '4-star' rating, the experience was diminished by hidden costs. The mini-bar drinks, including basic water, were unexpectedly charge, a detail never mentioned at check-in. For a hotel of this caliber, at least complimentary water from mini bar should be a standard amenity.

Pros: Very friendly and efficient reception staff. They accommodated all of our requests. Excellent central location. Good breakfast options. Rooms have A/C and an air purification system. The WiFi signal is strong and reliable. A number of TV channels, including some English language ones. Because of the central location, it can get a bit loud if you have a street-facing room, above the cafe.

Pros: The receptionists made me feel welcome and answered any and all questions. The room was very inviting - the hotel corridors maintain its classical look while the room itself was modern with proper air conditioning, tv, bathroom, etc. Slippers were also provided in the room The hotel features a restaurant on the bottom floor. One of the best things about this hotel is its location, wedged between Boska and the Fortress.

Cons: Although I wouldn't regard it as a fault, the experience in the hotel would have been much more elevated if they had a proper 24 hour room service.

Pleasant stay in a nice city

Pros: All the staff was super friendly and helpful, whenever I had a question. The location of the hotel is perfect for a citytrip ... You can reach every sight by foot, the main shopping street and shopping center Boska are literally just a stone throw away and also there is a bus station nearby, that brings you to the main bus station, that's a bit more located in the outskirts of the city. There are also some nice bars and even on weeknights, you can go for a cocktail and listen to some music until late in the evening.

Cons: My room was located on the second floor, facing one of the main streets, which made it a bit noisy, so eventually think about bringing noise cancelers to sleep. Also there is a blinking led-billboard on the building on the opposite site of the street that was a bit nervewrecking, but with fully closed curtains it was ok.
