Pros: Отличное расположение, самый центр. Рядом магазин. Суперхозяин, встретил на машине. Квартира отличная со всеми удобствами. Новая техника, сантехника, кондиционер Дайкин. Очень комфортно.

Cons: Посудомойка не запустилась, мб что не так делал. Не помешал бы удлинитель для работы. Нет лифта в доме, но это критично если для пожилых людей
