Staff is great, location good, very clean and tidy

Pros: Staff was very helpful and friendly, good location and free parking in garage. Room very clean and bed comfortable. Nothing to complain about, we stayed one extra night.

Pros: Parking included, good size room, comfortable beds, a la carte breakfast, possibility to book spa area for private use and for reasonable price

Cons: Poor coffee for breakfast, overall a bit worn place

We would definitely stay here again if we are in Banja Luka.

Pros: We loved our stay here. The staff was really accommodating and Kristina at the front desk was delightful and very helpful. Great breakfast and great value for money.

Cons: From the outside it doesn’t look impressive but it gets better when you come inside.

Very nice

Pros: Rooms were very clean, very rich breakfast, staff friendly, especially the waiter in the bar. The hotel is a walking distance from the city centre. Parking in the garage free of charge.

great value, superb staff

Pros: Clean room, very comfy bed, great shower. Towels were a little hard . The big fresh breakfast was amazing ! The bar in the evening was cool, beers good value and they showed sports, nice balcony .

Cons: that the spa was not included and that you are asked to pay extra

Pros: Our stay was extremely pleasant. We had everything we needed and the room and facilities were extremely clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
