Would stay here again

Pros: Very nice hotel, comfortable room and bed. I always stay here when in Banja Luka. Very good breakfast.

Cons: This time even I had a room that, although faced a yard, not the street, was prone to some constant never-ending noise coming from some working engine/generator. I couldn't really sleep as it was disturbing for me. Next time will make sure that I get a room far from such possible noise.

Pros: The cleanliness is as usual what makes this hotel good. Staff is welcoming and easy to reach to. Breakfast is good, a bit generic, but still nice and with enough choice. The room was spacious and with everything you can need.

Cons: My room was cold, probably was empty for some long time so it could not be heated enough before they shut down the heating at night. Another blanket should be at disposal. Also, a light switch was malfunctioning so I could not turn off the light, but I managed. (Yes, I should/could have called the reception, but it was too late to hassle with that.)

Pros: I did not have breakfast at the hotel, although colleagues said it was good value.

Cons: It met my requirements as a returning guest. Warm pleasant welcome.

Good place for short stay in Banja Luka

Pros: The hotel staff were polite and friendly. They were looking forward to facilitate our pleasant stay. They accommodate our request for safe car parking. The room was crisp clean and perfectly quiet.

Cons: There was and over- mattress on the bed which was moving under the bedsheets and making the sleep somewhat uncomfortable. The breakfast restaurant is kind of too dark creating somewhat depressing atmosphere.

Nice stay on a great location with very kind people.

Pros: Nice hotel with very kind stuff on a great location - few minutes by feet to the center. Also restaurant and bar in hotel are great, ee hqd a nice dinner. Maybe just do more on a breakfast choices.

Very beautiful hotel, nice staff and location.

Pros: Very comfortable room and bathroom, electric charcing for the car, the brakfast was really good, small and cosy place, everything what you need.

Cons: Just the coffee mascine. There should be more than one mascine to make coffee and this one is really really slow. If it is crowded it is really long time to get the coffee.
