Pros: More or less everything, from very polite and friendly staff, value for money, delicious breakfast, prices in the hotel bar, to clean rooms, parking, etc.

Cons: If I am being really strict, then ... Location is good, but not ideal (15 min. walk from the city center). Also, room walls are thin - relevant for light sleepers.

Pros: Great service, location, breakfast and staff..., the only minus is bad channel selection on TV, if they cover this in some near future this could be far the best value for money stay in Banja Luka.

Pros: The hotel is modern, located on the loud street, but we didn't hear any noise. About 10 minutes walk from the center and 5 minutes walk from the shopping mall. Small fridge in the room. Welcoming staff. Reasonable price.

Cons: No wardrobe in the room, just a few hangers. Towels were a bit torn. Breakfast is very basic.

Perfect, good value for money with all amenities

Pros: Close to the centre, clean spacious rooms, AC works fine, bathroom clean and spacious. Amazingly good breakfast with excellent coffee. Plenty of parking spots - some outside the reception, some around the back but all looked safe. Rooms that face the main road (see picture) will be noisy if you leave the window open so if you like sleeping with an open window ask for a room facing the back. FOr the money and convenience I'd stay again

Cons: Everybody smokes, but hey this is what it's like.

Great

Pros: We stayed here only for one night. In case we arrived earlier, we could park at the hotel until check-in. The hotel is located on one of the main roads in the city, next to it there is also a gas station (might be convenient for those who need some quick shopping or to fill up the gasoline). The hotel itself also has a bar. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, very comfortable. You have air conditioning, smart TV with channels, refrigerator, desk, hairdryer,... Parking is located at the hotel, in front and in the back. We also had included breakfast, which was very good, with friendly service. If we are ever back in Banja Luka, we would stay here again.

Cons: Everything was OK. There was no closet in our room, only hanger stand, although it was no issue for us.

Pros: Modern and newly refurbished rooms and facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff. They even provided a (reduced) breakfast despite the power outage on one day. Located close to centre.

Cons: Too few vegetarian options for breakfast. Very few vegetables, no fruit.
