Stylish room relaxing spa and good big breakfast
Pros: The room itself is very spacious and nicely furbished, bed is huge and comfy, bathroom is clean not tiny, shower it s great, you get bathrobe but no slippers, good if you go to pool or sauna. Breakfast it s great you can choose from menu, what you prefer and they ll cook for you at the moment (no buffet) first even got extra fruit plate. Pool area is very nice and water temperature is warm you can really relax after long day. There s finnish sauna and turkish sauna however it didnt work both during my stay, one day turkish bath only, following day finnish sauna only.
Cons: Reception desk is located on other side of parking, there s sign almost deleted which shows reception, otherwise you enter on restaurant side where there s old reception but nobody will be there. They definetely miss staff, at my arrival at night waitress was giving me keys and explain me how to get to my room on restaurant side for exemple on my check out at 11 pm there was nobody at reception desk even if i ring on bell and waited for exemple. This are minor things but doesnt bring 5* service. Cleaning lady came only once to ask me if i need extra towel and didnt make room. Anyway it s nice hotel to stay and for the price you cant better quality. Also they work a lot with wedding so it is true that can be noisy at night, if you planned to sleep early.

Pros: Camera ok, curata, pretul bun, dar mediocru pentru un hotel de 5 stele, personalul amabil.
Cons: Doratile hotelului sunt sub dotarile unui hotel de 5*, vederea spre o parcare de tiruri in care erau depozitate diferite materiale. Departe de oras si orice magazin Mic dejun-ul slab Raport calitate pret bun.

Flott hotell for de som besøker Tuzla. Et godt stykke til bysentrum, men med bil er det ca 15 min.
Pros: Flott hotell med god mat og god service. Rommene og hotellet var rent og flotte fasiliteter. Gratis parkering. Frokosten veldig bra. Vi benyttet restauranten på kvelden og den hadde veldig bra mat.

Pros: Bila sva z motorjem, poskrbeli so za varnost motorja. Zajtrk je bil odličen. Priporočam vsakomur, sploh ne razmišljajte, ampak rezervirajte.

Pravi hotel za posjetiti i ostati. Osjetiti cete se jako prijatno, udobno.
Pros: Smejstaj odlican, sobe velike, konforne, sa terasom, tople. Sadrzaj sobe je odlican, imate sve sto vam moze zatrebati. Osoblje jako ljubazno i efikasno. Hrana dolicna, imaju jednistven kolac koji je svi gosti moraju probati, kolac sa makom. Cijeli hotel je jako cist i uredan. Cista 5ca.
Cons: Lokacija hotel je idealna za poslovne posjete, za zabavu i duzi odmor lokacija je malo problem.

Pros: maleni broj soba, pa je doručak prema željama gostiju, a koji mogu odabrati između nekoliko opcija, bez obzira pričamo li o kontinentalnom, domaćem, engleskom doručku ili pak omletu...
Cons: u sobi je osvijetljenje dosta loše, radili su samo dvija svijetla na kompletnom plafonu, a svijetla koja su pored uzglavlja nisu se dala niti upaliti...

Vrhunski hotel nedaleko Tuzle
Pros: Ljubazno osoblje učinilo ne naš boravak da se doslovno osjećamo kao kod kuće!
Cons: Pa teško je izdvojiti nešto negativno, kad smo bili (pre)zadovoljni gotovo sa svime. Kod brojčanog ocjenjivanja dao sam najlošiju ocjenu za lokaciju - ne zato jer mi se ne sviđa postojeća, nego jer smatram da ovaj hotel zaslužuje biti u centru nekog (vele)grada...i ni tada se ne bi ničega postidio...čak dapače! ☺️
