Great stay coupled with charismatic staff and cats!

Pros: It's a really good hotel with great staff. Also, they care about cats. How could I not like that?!

Cons: The toilet shows signs of wear and tear. That's my only complaint. So, nothing drastic. :)

Amazing staff

Pros: The staff in this hotel is so amazing and friendly that my whole positive experience about this hotel is built on my positive impression about their staff (reception desk, cleaning ladies, staff in the restaurant). Everyone was always friendly, smiling, helpful. Hotel is located close to big shopping mall with a lot of shops and taxi to city centrum is super cheap and the ride takes only 5-10 minutes. Breakfast is also nice, I liked traditional decoration of their restaurant. I previously booked another hotel in the same city Hotel Tuzla and they have cancelled my reservation 1.5 days before my actual arrival (I initially booked this hotel few months in advance). As I only had 1 day to find hotel Hotel Dorrah was the only one with rooms available so I did not have many expectations. But they really positively surprised me and I think after staying with them I felt lucky that my previous hotel got canceled.

Great stay in Tuzla, will come back

Pros: Great staff that arranged airport pickup. Rooms were quite basic, but clean and nice. Location is good right beside a shopping mall and walking distance from the city center. Breakfast was great, but the portion was a bit small.

Cons: No real negative aspects, you get what you pay for, so make sure to check pictures before you book.

Awesome stay!

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Showed me where to iron my clothes, even gave me access to their Masjid. Its an all women facility (uni complex) so perfect for female travellers! Super clean room and facilities were fulfilled. Location is perfect, there's a mall just at the opposite of the Hotel. Super tasty breakfast: you can choose between a cold (tea or coffee with bread and ham),hot (see picture attached) and a vege breakfast. In overall i will for sure return to this one :)
