Great place to rest your head with lovely staff

Pros: We loved how friendly the staff were at both the reception and in both restaurants. There were two members of staff who were both called Selma and they were both fabulous.

Pros: The historic character of the hotel, its background and architecture and the atmosphere

Cons: The room had no fridge; the superior was too rude to her inferior and -what is more- in front of me; they should offer the alternative of stairs at least for the lower floors

Pros: Comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and parking available free of charge for guests.

Cons: Nothing. Multiple good restaurants are also available nearby.

It was very affordable with large room and breakfast served with fresh food and friendly staff

Pros: I liked it’s position to centre of the city old town and Panonica lakes

Cons: Property needs to step up with some maintenance issues like door closing both bathroom and entry doors need to be slammed so it fully closes. And I was missing bar fridge as I believe not many hotels in Bosnia have one. Also debris from renovation around hotel needs more clean up it’s an eye sore to see piles of rubbish around nice complex

Cons: Could use a shower curtain to keep the spray in the bath and not on the floor

Very good business-trip hotel that shows its age but offers a superb value

Pros: Generous rooms and a sizeable lobby show that this has been a very representative hotel. During my (January) stay surprisingly few guests.

Cons: Nothing bad really. For the price the hotel offers a great value.

Great! I will come again!

Pros: Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Also I forget my sunglasses in my room and they made effort to contact me and let me know that they found them and will keep them safe until I manage to come to get them or send someone. Thank you again you wonderful people!
