Bosnia and Herzegovina 🇧🇦

It was good but not excellent, okayish for that price. Our biggest disappointment was pool.

Pros: Room looks very good, it has lot of space and it's clean. Bed is comfy.

Cons: Spa zone, especially pool is really small and shallow. You can't actually swim here, just stand in one corner or walk through pool. It looks like its for children. Breakfast is pretty poor and location is far from the city center.

Pros: The staff spoke perfect English, the room was spacious and the breakfast was amazing. A wild selection of delicious food. Nice location and lot of parking space. The pool is nice, filled with salt water and the temperature is just right. Has 3 different saunas, a relax room and whirlpool as well. The girls at the reception were kind, hospitable and helpful.

Cons: During our stay one of the massaging elements of the big pool wasn't working, but I'm sure they will fixing it soon enough. There were no problems at all, really a 10 out of 10 stay.

Slovakia 🇸🇰

Pros: The hotel is very nice, clean, has a nice spa and pool to relax and a good Italian restaurant. You have all you need at the same place. Rooms are spacious, very nicely done. The locality was great for us as 15 min walk from the bus station for our further travel, city centrum for longer but fine walk, city bus available. Staff very helpful and friendly, called the bus station to check the tickets for us. Big shopping mall across the street and nice restaurants around.

Pros: My favored place in Banja Luka, just feel as at home every time. Excellent full stay, withot any complain or suggestion. Gladely will back again for rest and relax in Jola.
