Great place to relax before leaving from the airport early the next day.

Pros: When I arrived the personnel at the desk were professional and very friendly. The option to use the large pool adjacent was perfect after a long drive on a hot day.

Cons: Everything met my expectations.

Professional receptionist

Pros: Quiet place, very clean, easy check in. Direct in the city centre Small, clean room comfortable bed, but really small, even for the quite small person as I am. Good indoor swimming pool with thermal water, closes at 9 pm, I wish it would open longer. Unfortunately the outdoor swimming pool was closed the next day of my arrival due to the storm the night before. Even by 12 pm nobody was cleaning it. The best at this hotel is the reception staff members, a special thank to MILANA, very professional, friendly and helpful young lady. Speak perfect English and provide all explanations. The hotel may be proud to employ her, she is a real brilliant in this place:)

Cons: The outdoor swimming pool was closed, unfortunately, to spend a day in the thermal pool on the fresh air was the main reason to visit Laktasi.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this wonderful at this wonderful hotel good customer service from the guy how check me in tne afternoon and provide me a wonderful room 837 and also in the lebanon restaurant thanks to Basel he has been so nice and very welcoming from the hostess at the door We where suprising with room service who couldnt give us wine opener and said hotel have only wine opener and is closed so he doesnt have any opener ..... This 10 stars goes to Basel and the guy at front office .. and all the staff include the house keeping..

Good location and good value for the price.

Pros: Good breakfast, many choices but bread wasn't fresh. Big indoor swimming pool with clean water.

Cons: we got a room that was not cleaned after the previous guest. Based on a complaint at the reception, the room was immediately replaced with a clean one.
