Bijele Vode spa&nature hotel

Pros: Clean rooms, very cozy restaurant, great food. Fresh air and a lot of paths for hiking. Highly recommend for short term stay.

Cons: Not enough sun loungers for this number of rooms around the pool and spa was crowded.

Nice and short 2 night stay

Pros: Very clean, great food, very friendly and kind staff, nice little play area with swings and slides for toddlers.

Cons: Only the price of a bottle of water, more expensive than an alcohol mixer drink.

Cons: Room could be larger.

An amazing nature getaway

Pros: Amazing hotel at at the top of the mountain, decent spa facilities. Really good restaurant with tasty and affordable food. Overall an extremely pleasant experience!

Cons: I wish the outdoor pool was heated.

Amazing expierence, beautiful location and great staff

Pros: Hotel is amazing, staff is really nice. Restaurant has great food and there was live music on saturday night. The view from bedrooms is unbelievable. Spa is really nice and cozy.

Cons: Rooms on 0 level are under the restaurant and sometimes it can get loud with chairs and people, if the restaurant is busy. Also the space where indoor pool is located is a bit cold due to the gap between outdoor pool and indoor pool i suppose.

Pros: Beautiful hotel in the middle of nice nature. Great spa with salty pool and saunas in the price of accomodation, perfect restaurant with delicious meal!!! Many thanks to Mr. Novak who took care about us first day in the reception and also in restaurant, he Is big profesional!!! 😎They have pretty good wine from their own production👍

Cons: After our first day which was perfect there was changed the staff which had completely different rules: children in spa just till 6pm (day before it was not problem), breakfast was not by the form of self service like before but we had to order from card so we had to wait long time for the meals, staff in restaurant was not so profesional then the previous one, did a lot of mistakes, etc...it make the people confused when it is not consistent

A gem in the middle of a national park

Pros: The location, peacefulness, and the air are amazing. Staff is truly great - every single one of them, from the receptionists (Živana was my personal favorite), waiters, to the cleaning staff, all were kind, polite, professional, and super helpful. The Spa is really good, as well as food (although I wish there were more vegetarian options). Swimming in the middle of the forest is a really special experience. The hotel boasts nice design with a great attention to details. All trails, monuments, and activities are right by the hotel, and the hotel is in the middle of a national park. I kindly suggest putting tiny houses, food and water for the nearby stray animals, that would be a truly nice touch. We already recommended the place to our friends and we can't wait to be back!

Cons: While everything is nicely designed, I wish the rooms are a tiny bit bigger

Pros: Only property in the national park, and a fabulous one at that. Warm hospitality and great facilities. Great spa with highly skilled masseuses.

Cons: Only improvement I can think of is to have two key cards for rooms with two guests (as key cards are needed to enter the room as well as the spa)

Beautiful place surrounded by nature

Pros: The hotel is new, with an excellent breakfast and a good restaurant for dinner (if you are a foreigner keep in mind that the portions are huge). Rooms were comfortable and essential. The saunas are quite good.

Cons: The pool in the spa was too cold, and there was no outside area to go after sauna. The whirlpool is really too small and not deep enough to enjoy it,

Pros: Staff was great, everyone was very professional and nice. Room was beautiful, clean and neat. The spa & pool area is exceptional. They also have massages and facials in offer - big recommendations! Restaurant is also nice, food is great and very tasteful. All around the property is forest, so it’s peace and quiet.
