A very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Pros: What I liked the most about the property was the very friendly staff, the excellent location, and the delicious breakfast.

Cons: Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working in one of the two rooms we stayed in, which was disappointing.

Good hotel in Velika Kladusa

Pros: The staff were incredible - it did not matter if it was 0800 in the morning or almost midnight (I saw them at both times) but they were always pleasant. Breakfast was large and tasty, with lots of choice for all tastes and diets. The location was just a short walk from the centre and also close to the Croatian border if you need to drive.

Cons: A few little things: - The room became stuffy at night and the a/c could not be set below 24 degrees, which was not ideal. - Shower head was partially broken at the top, so water was spraying out of the shower tray. - Parking was available but not sufficient for both hotel and restaurant patrons, so one had to get lucky.

Pros: Nice hotel along the main road, nice bed, spacious room, nice food in the restaurant

Cons: The ambient light in the room and bathroom suit the image of the room and hotel, but we prefer a bit more light.

Just stayed iver a night but it would be fine for a longer stay, too.

Pros: Friendly staff, excellent food, comfortable rooms, very clean.

Cons: Very smoky restaurant, but it is rather usual everywhere in Bosnia. But it would help to make a non-smoking part of restaurant.

Pros: Well refurbished and spacious room with nice furniture and modern design.

Cons: The communication was not as flowing as I would wish: there was no telephone in the room to call the reception, and it was slow in replying to my messages via the booking platform. The Google Maps navigation from the station to the accommodation was misleading. The bathroom floor doesn't have the right inclination to drain all the spilled water.

Pros: Breakfast was awesome. Many things to choose from and portions and quality of food was amazing. It's not self service breakfast but that is great because everything is prepared fresh just for you. Anyway great value for money. Rooms are clean and new.
