Pros: Unser Zimmer hatte direkten Blick auf den wunderschönen Fluss Una , man konnte am Balkon sitzen und den Ausblick genießen. Das ganze Haus ist perfekt suber , tolles Abendessen, Frühstück mit allen extras die man sich wünscht. Extrem nettes Personal, empfangen hat uns Ajla wirklich nett, professionell organisiert und höflich, Restaurant personal freundlich, interessiert, wunderbar. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter!

Odmor pored najljepse rijeke u BiH Une

Pros: Hotel je nov i vrlo uredan.Osoblje ljubazno i zeli pomoci ako treba. Parking je lijepo oznacen i pod video nadzorom. Mi smo imali uplacen dorucak i on je bio dobar. Izvan toga smo jeli par puta i hrana je bila dobra,posebno izdvajam odlican pohani sladoled. Hotel ima predivnu terasu uz rijeku Unu. Mi na zalost nismo mogli uzivati u tom pogledu jer je bas u tom periodu bilo puno kise. Setnja u Bihacu je bila vrlo ugodna. U okolini ima jako zanimljivih i lijepih mjesta koje treba posjetiti.

Cons: Jako los internet. Ispod nase sobe je bilo postrojenje za klimu i ventilaciju koje je neprestano zujalo. Konobari su ljubazni ali nesto u organizaciji ne stima jer smo dugo cekali da narucimo a onda da stigne jelo, iako nije bila velika guzva. Prije rezervacije provjerite gdje vam je tacno soba i ima li balkon.

New and comfortable hotel with lovely staff!

Pros: The hotel is new and spotlessly clean, located outside Bihac at the beginning of a picturesque stretch of the Una National Park route. Free parking is available right outside the hotel, and on the other side, there is a spacious terrace. The staff members are wonderful, although they are quite short-handed and stretched in the restaurant and bar. The bar offers only bottled beer, but there is a good selection at reasonable prices. Our room on the first floor also overlooked the river and was a decent size, featuring a great bathroom and a comfortable bed. The only complaint we had was the noise from heavy restaurant chairs sliding over the porcelain tiles, which kept waking us up as soon as the restaurant opened for breakfast. The rest of the hotel was very peaceful. We found breakfast to be plentiful, although we were disappointed with the instant coffee. Please note that espresso and cappuccino are available at the bar as an extra.

Cons: Noise from the restaurant in the morning; no self-service coffee machine; also minor niggles like one bedside nightlight not working, slow wi-fi, only one hanger in the wardrobe.
