Pros: Very good hotel that has kept its authentic feel unlike chain hotels and yet has a touch of class. We enjoyed our time here rooms are clean and comfortable and the setting is lovely. Very friendly staff.

Lovely hotel and staff

Pros: Excellent hotel, little dated but well maintained, clearly undergoing refurbishment slowly. Attached restaurant does lovely dinners at very reasonable prices. Buffet breakfast was very good as well.

Pros: The reception staff's behavior was distinguished and elegant, especially the blonde lady. She gave me a special view of the room and cooperated with my previous request a month ago regarding the view. She kept her promise if the room was available. I thank her very much and hope she gets promoted. Long live Bosnia and its great people.
