Clean, comfortable and pleasant stay

Pros: Poručila sam sobu za roditelje. Kažu da su bili zadovoljni i vrlo rado će ponovo da dođe u Hotel Ženica. I booked the room for my in-laws. They were very pleased with the entire stay. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was good as well as dinner. They will come back again for sure.

Probably the best and most affordable hotel in Zenica

Pros: Location was excellent, right next to a shopping mall and a 10 minute walk from the city center. Rooms were big and clean. The entire staff was really professional and hospitable.

Cons: The wifi was really bad in the room, but worked perfectly in the lobby.

Very nice hotel. The best of all is, the staff are very kind and attentive.

Pros: Fairly good selections however, I needed to ask for serving spoons. Very central position, walking distance to the centre of town. The main shopping centre is next to the hotel.

Cons: The air in the city is polluted and people are smoking in the atrium. Lack of a fresh air. Breakfast was poor.
