Pros: The young, super friendly, keen and enthusiastic staff combined with the excellent food and facilities made this hotel special. Checking in was straightforward and the receptionist was a gem.

Cons: Maybe brighter lights and bedside lights in the room to make reading easier? A small point which didn't really detract from our stay.

I had an excellent stay at City Code Hotel, where the warm hospitality, friendly staff, and helpful

Pros: I truly enjoyed my stay at City Code Hotel. Although it’s a small property, the quality of service and facilities was outstanding. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming—from the receptionist to the waitress to the driver—making me feel completely at home. A special thanks to Maya for her warm hospitality. She welcomed me with kindness, made sure I was comfortable, and shared valuable tips for me as a solo traveler. I’m also grateful for the enjoyable and informative ride with Amer, who gave great recommendations for places to visit and things to try in Sarajevo. I will definitely come back again Insha’Allah and will recommend the hotel for my friends and family!

I will book the room in Zenica’s City Code again.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent, my favorite omelette with veggies, and fresh seasonal salad, bread with grains, sour cream coffee. Location is top one enabling easy on foot access to any part of the city, since I like walking.

Cons: I liked it all.
