Don't accept room 202 and you are fine

Pros: Place is really good and quite quiet, no complaints about that. Breakfast was fine. I enjoyed some delicious meals in the lobby restaurant. Room was clean and really big. Towels being changed daily. Bathroom really satisfying.

Cons: Breakfast offer could be a little bit wider. Also, one day (due to low amount of guests) it was moved to the lobby, but no alert about that. Biggest issue for me was LCD screen on the outside wall of the hotel, which changed my room 202 into the discoteque. Curtain in the bedroom is not covering complete window area.

Fantastic - would definitely stay again

Pros: The staff are fantastic and went out of their way to make everything run smoothly; I really appreciated their help. A nice hotel which was reasonably priced, given the amenities.

All in all a perfect stay, everything about the hotel is top notch

Pros: The beds were very comfortable and the room had a lot of windows and natural light, it was a beautiful place to wake up to looking at the old fortress and old town

Cons: That we stayed only one night and didnt have time to visit other facilities like the swimming pool, salt rooms, bowling alley…

Beautiful hotel very pleasant stay

Pros: Very friendly and extremly helpful staff very quick to sort out any issues. Pool gentlemen made our day such a positive and happy person lovely chat we had.

Cons: I liked everything about this hotel and would love to come back again.

Pros: Excellent new big hotel. Spa and breakfast included. Everything was clean and as expected.

Cons: It would have been nice to have an option to see the breakfast menu in english and/or the staff spoke english.

Pros: This hotel is brand new and less then a year when opened. It is very nicely decorated and designed. Everything is brand new from rooms to the pool area to the restaurant. The pool is exceptional and it was the highlight of our stay for sure. Spa costs extra 10€ per person. Food in the restaurant was very good and breakfast was abundant and tasty as well. Staff is very friendly and tries to accommodate your needs as much as they can. Free guarded parking in the garage. Love the no smoking policy as well!

Cons: Yet there are some major issues with the Hotel that need to be solved for that perfect 10 stay. There are no bedside lamps only central lights for whole room, no hooks in the rooms to hang your clothes, there are no blackout shades to block the major night light from the city during the night. Avoid the apartments 301 and 401 and room 201 as you will face the very noisy AC on top of the building or bring earplugs. Spa area is confusing with limited instructions and lights in the Turkish sauna flicker to a point its hard to relax. A lot of lights actually flicker across the hotel. Management needs to fix these. With the staff and the awesome design they have a great hotel on their hands!

Pros: Prijazno osebje, ćistoča, odličen zajtrk, presenečenje za valentinovo, garažna hiša, ....še se vračamo

Cons: Nimam pripomb, samo pohvala

Pros: Soba i WC prostrani, doručak odličan. Bazen i spa nismo probali.

Cons: Nije primjenjiv genius popust iako je naznačen. Loše isprojektirana rasvjeta. Ili je mrak ili se sva svjetla pale. Možda nismo dobro vidjeli, ali ne kvadraturu sobe našli smo jednu utičnicu i to iza zavjese. Nije nam pokvarilo dojam, ali šteta s obzirom da je hotel na razini.

Pros: Lokacija odlična, osoblje izuzetno ljubazno. Nemam primjedbi.

Cons: Malo više klora u jacuzzi-u ne bi bilo loše (ustajali miris). Ali nije strašno.
