Functional, but could be better with little work

Pros: The room is good for two people, on 4th floor of a building with no stairs. There is free parking in front of the building if there's space (there was now - in february). In the city centre, with farmacy on ground floor and grocery store and gym on the other side of the street. Functional jacuzzi and sauna that we enjoyed, small fridge with tiny freezer, spacious wardrobe to store clothes, hair dryer.. We were greeted by the host who gave us the keys.

Cons: The room is functional, ok to stay in for a few days and good for the price, but.. Most of the furniture is showing signs of usage - chipped furniture, worn out seats.. The shower should really have a door, because it floods the floor during every shower and also bathroom door is ruined from the water. One of the slats under the mattress kept falling out and we had to get up and fix it. Sauna's door handle came off as soon as we opened it. And there were a lot of details missing that most hosts now offer.. There was very few utensils (only spoons, forks, one butter knife), no cereal bowls, no kitchen cloths, coffee.. Also not enough place to store smaller things, there could be a shelf in the shower, in the kitchen.. All in all, functional apartment but could feel much more comfy and luxurious with little effort.

Die Unterkunft ist besonders in den kalten Jahreszeit empfehlenswert.

Pros: Die Lage, Sauna, Whirpool, Fernseher, Badezimmer waren sehr gut.

Cons: Das Bett und die Ausstattung der Küchenzeile sind verbesserungswürdig. Geschirrtücher, Handseife, Kaffee und Tee Kocher und eine gute Matratze müssen vorhanden sein.

Pros: Apartman čist i uredan i opremljen svime što je potrebno za boravak. Sve isto kao na slikama. Centar grada blizu. Domaćin izuzetno ljubazan i uslužan. Sve preporuke.

Pros: Lokacija odlična .Vlasnik na raspolaganju bez da vam smeta.Bez zamjerke sveukupno.

Pros: Great location, close to everything you need. The owner is great too! We came a little late, but It wasn't a problem, he came as soon as we arrived. Great place to relax and enjoy Banja Luka to the fullest! My recommendation.

Pros: Domaćin jako ljubazan, tolerantan, sve po dogovoru, lokacija jako blizu centra.

Odlican boravak

Pros: Dobra lokacija, lep i uredjen apartman, sauna, jacuzzi… Sve je bilo odlicno

Cons: Dotrajani duseci, potrebno mijenjanje u narednom periodu.
