Worth a try
Pros: A very quiet, clean and comfortable place. The owner of the villa is very kind and helpful. I had three wonderful days that I will never forget. With a wonderful view. I advise everyone to try the place.

مكان فاخر وهادئ بإطلالة مباشرة على النهر قرب بيهاتش
Pros: أعجبني المكان كثيرًا، المنزل يقع قريب من بيهاتش تقريبا خمس دقايق بالسيارة الى وسط بيهاتش .. المكان فاخر جدا للي يحبون الهدوء والجلوس على النهر مباشرة .. وصاحب المنزل جدا لطيف ومتعاون جداً .. المنزل رائع بكل ماتعنية الكلمة من معنى للي يحبون الجمع بين الطبيعة والحداثة والاثاث فاخر جدا والاطلالة رائعة على النهر وعلى الطبيعة وحول المنزل مزارع وهواء منعش طبيعي فهو رائع وهادئ جدًا. المنزل حديث ومرتب، ويوجد به منطقة مخصصة للشواء وأماكن جلوس مباشرة على النهر، مما يجعل الأجواء مثالية للاسترخاء والاستمتاع بالطبيعة. تجربة رائعة وأنصح بها بشدة

An Absolutely Wonderful Stay with an Unforgettable Host
Pros: Our stay in Bihać was truly exceptional, special thanks to our amazing host \
Cons: A few minor improvements would make it absolutely perfect. The AC is powered by solar energy, so it works reliably from morning until around 8:20 PM, but then turns off for the night which could be a bit warm sometimes at night. However, a fan is available and does the job somehow. Also, we noticed there's no freezer, which would be handy for longer stays, and an insect device would be very helpful, especially with the riverside location

Pros: Die Lage direkt am Wasser mit der großer Terrasse direkt an der Una. Der Grill ist groß und bietet mit einem Pizzeroffen und Waschbecken alles was man braucht. Das Haus ist modern und Mann hat alles was man braucht. Die Zufahrt ist direkt von der Hauptstraße mit eigenem Tor und Parkplatz vor dem Haus.
Cons: Das die Klimaanlage in der Nacht aus ist, das Haus wird mit Solar und Batterie betrieben und die Klimaanlage hat einen zu hohen Stromverbrauch um die Nacht zu überbrücken, aber mit Moskitonetz am Fenster kann man die nach die kühle Abendluft nutzen.

Pros: Die Alleinlage an der Una auf riesigem Grundstück mit toller Bepflanzung. Schwimmen im kalten Wasser. Großer, hoher Carport. Riesiger überdachter Sitzplatz mit Grill am Ufer. Absolut pünktlicher und guter Vermieterservice.
Cons: Kein internationales TV Programm.

Pros: Sure, here's the updated review: I recently stayed at Sunrise Guest House with a group of friends, and we had a fantastic experience! Our host, Adnan, was incredibly approachable and always available whenever we needed anything. He’s a super nice guy who respects guests' privacy, and his good English made communication effortless. The place itself was beautifully remodeled and meticulously kept clean. We were especially impressed with the amazing location, which featured a backyard entrance to a stunning river. Additionally, the surrounding area is rich in history and culture, with several castles nearby to explore. The Croatian border is also very close, making it easy to take a day trip and experience even more of the region. The house is easily accessible and offers a high level of privacy, making it the perfect retreat. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Sunrise Guest House for a relaxing getaway!
Cons: One area for improvement would be the addition of more shelves in the bathroom to better accommodate guests’ toiletries. Also, better signage or lighting at the entrance would be helpful as it can be hard to find at night.

تجربة جميلة والمضيف جدًا لطيف ومتعاون
Pros: - خصوصية عالية في المساحة الخارجية المطلة على النهر. - البيت نظيف ومافيه حشرات ولكن يجب الحرص على عدم ترك الباب والنوافذ مفتوحة لأن الحشرات خارج المنزل كثيرة جدًا بشكل مهول بحكم وجود المنزل في وسط الطبيعة. - يتوفر في المطبخ كل الاحتياجات اللازمة. - صاحب البيت محترم ولطيف ومتعاون جدًا 🙏🏼
Cons: وجود مكيف واحد في الدور العلوي أو مايسمى بالعلية، يشتغل فقط من 6 الصباح الى 8 المساء على الطاقة الشمسية وبعدها ينطفئ، فكان الجو جدًا حار.
