Delta Lux Apartment

Our stay and hosts were really great. The place offers even more than what images provide.

Pros: Easy and very friendly exchange with the hosts regarding the keys and everything else related to our stay. Cozy and clean apartment. Free parking. Great location.

Pros: Excellent location near the bus station, in a quiet part of town, 10 minutes walk from the center. Friendly host and charming apartment, I will definitely be back.

Pros: The flat is located in a quiet place near Delta. The owner was beneficial and hospitable. The flat was clean and had new furniture in good condition. The central heating was not working but the airconditioner worked well and I did not feel any discomfort. WiFi also worked well.

Great value for money!

Pros: Excellent location, very pleasent host and welcoming apartment situated close to the two best malls in Banjaluka: Mercator and Delta. It takes 10-15 min easy and nice walk to the very center. The place is clean and well organised, plenty storage space. The area is conveniently positioned and close to everything while peacefull and quiet at nighttime. Worked great for me and I will certainly be booking it again next time I am in town.

Pros: Wonderful apartment in the very center of the city in a new building in a good area. The most important shopping centers and parks are within walking distance. The owner is a wonderful person, he greeted us, helped with things, gave advice on navigating the city and was always in touch. About the apartment - it simply has everything you need to be happy, wonderful interior, quiet surroundings and everything at an extremely good price

Pros: I arrived in the middle of the night so I received a code to the door by email and the keys to the door was waiting for me. The Google incorrectly show the location as it is the last block with slide roof going from aquapark. The apartment is located at a 2nd floor, close (3 min walk) to a large grocery shop which is very convenient. All windows are on north so even outside was over 30C it was not need to turn on air-conditioning. Very safe district, relatively close (15 mins walk) to the central bus station. The owner gave me even a lift to the buss station in the last day.

Cons: Kettle to boil the water would be welcome.

Pros: Odlicna lokacija jos bolji domacini, sve je u blizini, a domacini su bili tu za sve na raspoloaganju. Tople preporuke.

Pros: Apartman izuzetno opremeljen, uredno sve, cisto, svaki dogovor ispostovan od strane vlasnika..zaista sve preporuke.. Lokacija apartmana odlicna, sve je na par minuta udaljeno..

Све препоруке за апартман, и власника апартмана, изузетна сарадња и сигурно ћемо опет доћи.
