Best hotel in Vlašić overall but needs improvements and renovation for 5 stars it states to have

Pros: - Great location with private parking, directly next to ski resort - Beautiful interior of hotel facilities - Great breakfast with wide variety of food to chose from included with accommodation - Nice spa with pool, jacuzzi, saunas and massages - Very pleasant and professional staff - Nice looking restaurant and ski bar - Nice view from hotel room - Very good heating

Cons: - Queen bed is not a real queen bed, but a bed made of two connected single beds, which creates a big gap in the middle which is very unpleasant and hard to sleep on - Rooms are outdated, need renovation. Seems like they haven't been renovated for decades. TV is from last century, very small and unusable. Furniture is old and walls are damaged - Wifi is awful, usually not functional at all. Service is even worse, no internet access for hours at a time - Rooms aren't cleaned frequently and when they are, a lot of stuff is missed, like changing towels or putting new toilet paper - Bath tub is converted into an unpleasant shower which doesn't have a bottom and has a small glass panel which doesn't prevent any water from spilling

Pros: The staff were nice, especially Aideen in SPA and Usamah in reception.

Pros: Predivan pogled na stazu, udobni kreveti predivan i cist wc osoblje za 10 pomogli du nam sa svakim problemom, u bazenu i jakuzziju topla i ugodna voda i saune prostrane i udobne

Cons: Sve je bilo ok

Pros: The staff was excellent and the breakfast was great

Pros: Pogled iz sobe je bio predivan, zahvaljujuci ljubaznom i susretljivom osoblju koje popravlja dozivljaj nedovoljne angaziranosti vlasnika.

Cons: Cistoca, sadrzaj sobe (nedostatak mini bara, pokvaren telefon ...), sadrzaj igraonice za djecu, kao i nedovoljno opsiran restoranski meni nisi u rangu hotela s 5 zvjezdica I njegove cijene.

Pros: The kitchen is terrible..I think a new cook or somethinh?? Breakfast used to be very good there..now it was very poor...cold eggs..bread was old..very bad !!

Cons: personal at front desk not so friendly as in the old days , pitty

Pros: Soba apartma je bil top, razgled malo slabši ampak ok.. Je zima in nisi na balkonu, lokacija super, kar s smučkami na progo, osebje zelo prijazno, zajtrk zelo dober, savne ok, delala sta samo dve pa je tudi bilo ok... Skratka priporočam..

Cons: Vse je bilo ok...

Pros: Hotel je izvrstan, sobe su čiste i prostrane, osoblje je pristupačno, pristojno i ljubazno. Jedna velika pohvala ide za gospodicnu Medinu koja je povrh svega jedna kvalitetna osoba i savrseni radnik hotela.

Pros: Ljubazno osoblje, i čistoća objekta. Doručak odličan!
