Pros: Lokacija apartmana je odlična. Privatan parking (sa rampom) obezbeđen. Odlična opremljenost apartmana. Dobra izolacija u zgradi (uopšte ne čujete komšije). Nije toplo u stanu, klima je korišćena samo povremeno. Apsolutno sve je kao na slikama. Vlasnik veoma ljubazan i uvek na raspolaganju.

Cons: Nema ništa da mi se nije dopalo.
