Zgodan apartman kao baza za istraživanje regije uz Unu i šire

Pros: Otoka je odlično pozicionirana za istraživanje prirodnih ljepota Unsko-sanskog kantona. Apartman je dobro opremljen, iznimno uredan i čist, nalazi se u samom centru Otoke. Domaćini su nevjerojatno uslužni i reagiraju istog trena ukoliko zatreba. Parking nije privatan, ali je besplatan i uvijek dostupan. Manja trgovina u Otoci (Bingo), veće u Krupi (Bingo, Crvena jabuka, dm).
