Great Value

Pros: It's a prime location in the city. 10ish min walk to the city centre. Very friendly host. It's an older building and that has its own charm.

Great choice, with a cheerful and helpful owner

Pros: We arrived in Banja Luka hours earlier than I had told our host when booking. When I messaged him, he immediately appeared next to the house, where I had easily parked the car, grabbed my luggage from my hands and carried it up to the simply furnished but tidy little apartment. He turned on the air conditioner in advance, which cooled the apartment to a pleasant temperature, which on the top floor easily and quickly overheats in the heat. We found everything we needed in the apartment and in the area, overall this small apartment was a great choice, with a cheerful and helpful owner.

Cons: Several travelers have complained that the apartment is on the fifth floor, with no elevator. This is certainly true. But since I knew about it in advance from the guest reviews, I expected it and was not surprised. I would choose this accommodation again next time if I were not traveling with my mother who is over 80, but with a younger and fit friend.

Price effective

Pros: Kind and helpful owner. House was very clean. Location is not so closed to center but not bad. Stuff is good and clean.

Cons: Apartment is at last floor but there’s no elevator. Bed and climate is at the same place. Bedroom is not divided from other rooms completely.

Pros: Near by good restaurant, bakery, farmacy, not far from river to go swimming, not far from castle. Loved the location.

Cons: I didnt like that it was on the 6th foor.

Pros: Good location near the center. Comfortable and hard mattress on the bed. Free parking in front of the house.

Garsonjera sa potencijalom 🍀

Pros: Lokacija je super po mom mišljenju jer je mirno naselje u pitanju, parking je iza zgrade i ne plaća se - češće ću ovaj stan iznajmljivati u proljeće/ljeto jer je Zeleni most i Vrbas odmah ispod - prelijepo šetalište. ☀️🍹 Domaćini su super ljubazni, preuzimanje ključa je bilo kako je i dogovoreno. Imali smo iskren i kratak razgovor jer smo bili u žurbi - ali mi je sve rečeno i objašnjeno. Ta sama lokacija može da ima cijenu i 50km - jer ima parking, centar je udaljen pješke za 10-15tak minuta. Domaćini su pošteni i realni sa cijenom.

Cons: Za mene lično - samo sam imala problema sa hladnoćom jer sam jako zimogrižljiva ❄️Nisam to očekivala, ali je uveče postalo jako hladno. Eventualno bih povećala cijenu i samo dodala neku jaču električnu grijalicu ili norveški radijator jer to stvarno zagrije brzo prostor i rentabilno je. Ovo nije kritika, samo prijedlog. Pretpostavljam da je u toku renovacija i da će naravno biti i uradjeno kad vrijeme to dozvoli.

Pros: Stan je na dobroj lokaciji i cena je razumna s obzirom na to. Čisto, prijatno, na poslednjem spratu.

Cons: Glavna mana je to što šporet nije radio kao ni lift. Obratite pažnju na ovo ako budete hteli da rezervišete stan na više dana. Osim toga, klima je postavljena na ne baš optimalan način i duva u jedan u zidova, tako da tokom zimskih meseci može biti malo teže ugrejati dnevni prostor sa ugaonom.

Pros: Čisto,Đorđe dobar domaćin,u odnosu na cenu vrhunski smeštaj.

Pros: Domaćini su bili vrlo ljubazni, centar grada je blizu, prodavnica je preko puta zgrade. Lokacija je odlična. Postoji i veliki parking koji je besplatan.
