A great apartment with an even greater view with everything you need.
Pros: I loved the view and the peaceful atmosphere of the whole neighborhood, even though the location is basically the center of the city. The apartment itself is one of the highest points in the downtown area, so fans of good views will have a blast - especially in summer with the spacious terrace.
Cons: After 7 a.m., the church bells sound off from some 200 meters away, and it feels like they don't stop. So, if you hope to be able to sleep until 8 or 9 and are not a heavy sleeper, you better be using earplugs. But otherwise, the apartment is great, especially considering the low price.

fantastic roof top terrace views
Pros: amazing views from the rooftop terrace. great location, just outside the centre, easy to walk everywhere. lively location with plenty of bars, restaurants etc close by, as well as a small supermarket.
Cons: the parking was difficult. we had a free space next to the apartment on the 1st night, but we had been blocked in by the morning & were later unable to get close parking spaces. we found free parking about 10 minutes walk away. the toilet space is very narrow - it might be difficult for anyone who is large.

Pros: Courtesy of the owner, he came out in front of us, because the navigation led us all around the building. The view is phenomenal. About 4 minutes on foot to Boska
Cons: The apartment should be adapted, but for a short stay you won't mind the decoration. There are enough towels, there is an iron, cosmetics, toilet paper, spices, coffee...

A gem in the heart of Banja Luka
Pros: Everything was just perfect . Location in the heart of banja Luka. Big terrace with magnificent view over the city . Supermarkt just next to the apartment and it opens till late night ,lots of cafes and restaurants around Very clean ,the facility contains everything you need even for long vacation. Speedy wifi. Elevator available and practical for bags. The owner Dacan ,very friendly,helpfull,went out of his way to make our stay memorable
Cons: That our plans did not allow us to stay longer

Bilo nam je lepo in vse smo si šli ogledat peš.
Pros: Stanovanje je bilo čisto, lepo in veliko stanovanje s teraso. Iz terase smo opazovali mesto.Vse je zelo blizu in dostopno peš.
Cons: Težje dostopno parkirišče. Vendar nas je gospa prišla iskat in nas odpeljala do parkirišča, ki je v notranjem dvorišču med bloki.

Pros: Остановиться на ночь удобно. Есть большая терраса, к сожалению, шел дождь, мы не смогли ею пользоваться. Апартамент находится в самом центре, удобно гулять, не очень удобно с парковкой, рядом только пешеходная зона, необходимо пройти от парковки до дома.
