Perfect Stay in a Great Location with an Amazing Host 🌟

Pros: We had a fantastic stay! The apartment had absolutely everything we needed — it was fully equipped, clean, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the city center of Banja Luka, which made exploring so easy and convenient. The host was truly amazing — very helpful, responsive, and provided clear instructions for check-in and everything else. Communication was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay again! 😊

Pros: One of the best apartments I have lived in in Bosnia in terms of the owner’s treatment, cleanliness, and location. Everything about the apartment is beautiful. I recommend it to anyone who wants comfort. It deserves 10 stars.

Lovely apartment in a nice neighbourhood. Walking distance to the city centre.

Pros: The host was communicative and helpful. He answered all my questions quickly. The apartment is lovely. Modern, new, clean. The balcony looks over the park and you can watch people playing tennis and basketball! The area feels very safe and it is just a 25 minute walk to the town centre. If you come by car there is a parking space included. If you come by bus, as we did, it is a 15 minute walk from the bus station. Very easy to find.

Easy and pleasant experience.

Pros: Location was great. Shopping mall right around the corner. Large park with plenty of children amenities across the street. Access was super simple with dedicated parking space in the underground garage. Apartment was very clean with all needed accessories.

Cons: nothing comes to mind. generally a very pleasant experience. new set of pillows would be a welcome addition. But this is a minor detail. everything else was spot on.

Pros: The apartment is big and very comfortable and has a great balcony where you can enjoy your breakfasts. The kitchen is well equipped. You can park your car in the underground garage which is super safe. The communication with the host is excellent. A big shopping mall is just a few minutes walking distance, the city center about 15 minutes. There is a great park for sports fans right outside the house. We loved it there!

Pros: Super clear, new modern building, in the apartment everything was new. The host was very polite and welcoming.

Pros: The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and felt like our home. It was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the thoughtful addition of complimentary drinks and fruits was a delightful surprise. Bojan was remarkably responsive to all our messages and inquiries. Whether we needed local recommendations, where to eat or which attraction not to miss, or had questions about the property, he was always just a message away.

Cons: There was literally nothing to dislike.

Great apartment and host, great for business and private stay with ample activities for children.

Pros: The apartment and the host were both great. it was a very pleasant stay, the apartment had everything what is needed. Direct access to undergrowing garage and access to the apartment by elevators was very convenient. the apartment is very close to Banja Luka tennis courts and large park with lot of interesting activities for children. It is also close to the big shopping mall but also not that afar from the center. it simply ticks all the boxes for me and my family.
