Pros: I was totally frustrated because host of my previous booked apartment didn't answer me when I arrived. I thought I had to stay at night in a car with two children. Fortunately I found this apartment and the host was in touch on the Sunday evening. In 20 minutes we already were there. Great communication! Thank you from me and my family!
